ABOUT US
Flex Service S.r.l. was born in 2009 from a concept of Roberto Anziliero and Stefano Visentin.
Flex Service is specialized in the manufacturing of just-in-time furniture elements, straight and shaped. Thanks to experience and potentiality in creating any kind of shape and with a wide range of colours, we are able to satisfy all our clients’ needs. We are a young and dynamic team proposing the best innovative and personalized solutions, tanking care of details and ensuring quality and precision.

We strongly believe in continuous research and innovation to create a high-quality product that can fulfil our clients’ requirements and to establish a partnership, by making available our know-how. We do not set any limit to our imagination by suggesting customized and innovative solutions and we consider problems as challenges to overcome. Everything is possible.
NEW PRODUCTION PLANT
Since 2018, we moved into our current headquarter in Ponzano Veneto. A new 7’000 m2 plant that can fit our necessities, by increasing our production capacity and improving processing technologies. The constant investments in our activity enable us to keep up with the times, adopting cutting-edge technologies to give a better and superior service.

VALUES
INNOVATION
Material optimization
We use software’s that generate optimized cutting patterns of panels that can reduce waste to a minimum. In addition to the reduction of waste, this procedure allows us to shorten times and maximize the production processes and company logistics.
Nesting
CNC wood nesting machining center enable us to use efficiently the surface of the panels since we can obtain the maximum number of pieces with a minimum waste possible. With this working method, we can cut different and irregular kind of shaped reducing waste, saving time and increasing productive capacity at the same time.
Edge banding
The service we offer is at the forefront and up to the current technologies. For the edge banding, we use EVA or Polyurethane adhesive, but we have also adopted the AirForce system that ensures precision and high-quality aesthetic finishing. We are attentive in recognizing market needs and we constantly invest in new production technologies to give our clients superior quality products.

JUST-IN-TIME DOORS
This production process optimization allows the client to avoid the management cost of warehouse stocks, since the order is processed in short time. We have several decorative available in stock, check the DECORS section.
BATCH-OF-ONE
We can produce single piece batches for custom and on-request components, at industrial production cost.
SHAPED COMPONENTS
We are specialized in the production of shaped elements in any kind of form for unique pieces that adapt to our clients’ needs.
